Online Appointment Booking

To book an appointment:

You will receive a confirmation email immediately, then reminder emails in the week leading up to your appointment.

Appointment types:

• You can book regular appointments (in clinic or phone appointments), physicals, well baby checks, as well as short appointments for vaccines and prescription refills.

• Please ensure you book the appropriate type of appointment. For example:

  • Acute illness (cough, colds, falls/trauma): in clinic only

  • Diabetes care, blood pressure check: in clinic only

  • Pap test / Sexual Health check: in clinic only

  • Mental health: in clinic or phone

  • Skin concerns: in clinic or phone (photo needed if phone)

  • Review of test results: in clinic or phone

  • Referral request: in clinic or phone

Cancellation/no-show policy:

• If you cannot make your appointment, please cancel it at least 24hrs in advance. You can cancel your appointment online directly or call our clinic and leave a message.

• A $50 charge applies for no-shows or late-cancellations.
